We will be holding a formal meeting on Tuesday 28th April at St Aidans Church small hall, The Fairway, Leigh On Sea, SS9 4QW starting at 7.30pm.

The speaker will be Maggie Stewart who will talk on Meditation and Relaxation Techniques as a way to help deal with pain. There is parking at the front of the church and in the road beside the church.  Entrance is via the door on the side.
